Get ready for an unforgettable Maine Open Creamery Day! Learn about Maine’s cheesemaking traditions. Step behind the scenes with farm tours, explore cheesemaking spaces and even one farm’s newly built cheese cave. Sample incredible cheeses alongside local provisions (hosted responsibly following all food safety protocols). While each farm differs, visitors can meet the animals (enjoy goat and sheep snuggles, and even cuddle adorable new baby buffalo and calves). Select farms will have self-serve farm stands and others offering special discounts.

With tastings, product sales, live demonstrations, and plenty of family-friendly activities, it’s a day full of flavor, fun, and connection you won’t want to miss.
