August 17 we are pleased to welcome our friends from Applecroft .

Applecroft is more than a business-it's a lifestyle. Co-founded by Chefs Shane and Maria, Applecroft combines the art of wood-fired catering with the bounty of sustainable farming.

Shane, an entrepreneur and innovator known for ventures like the pandemic sensation Maine Kebab, brings his creative energy and business acumen to the table. Maria, with her deep devotion to nature and artistry, shines through her experience in both farming and executive chef roles.

Together, they've built Applecroft to celebrate the spirit of adventure— whether it's in the great outdoors or through the flavors on your plate. Our passion for crafting unforgettable experiences is as boundless as the landscapes we cherish. At Applecroft, every meal, every moment, and every connection is inspired by the joy of exploration.

SHIPPING POLICY

Cheese is perishable and will be shipped in an insulated box with reusable ice packs. For best cheese condition, shipping needs to take no more than 2 days. Shipping cost is calculated when you complete your order. If it can ship UPS Ground and arrive in 2 days, it is a flat rate of $25. - this is New England and as far south as Pennsylvania. The rest of the country ships using UPS 2nd Day Air which we charge a flat rate of $35. PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending cheese as a gift, make sure the recipient knows to expect a perishable package

Shipping carrier: UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, primarily. If you place your order later in the week it will be processed the following week. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or weather delays. PLEASE NOTE: I have no staff, so I am making the cheese, milking cows, shipping cheese, etc., so please know I am doing my best to ensure you have the best experience with our cheese, and I am grateful for your patience.
