This is a 10# sampler pack with Ground beef, soup bones, and steak.
You’ll notice the yellow of the fat, which comes from the grass diet (grazing in our field and eating hay) which reflects the beta carotene that gets absorbed when they eat.
Only available for farm pick up. Starting Mid December. We will email you the precise date to coordinate your pick up.
Please note we have assorted cuts available in in the Cheese Hut freezer at the farm if you don’t want to buy in bulk.
